Must be a PSI Leadership Graduate to be eligible to attend Level UP.

Class size is limited, and payment in full does not guarantee a seat in the class. If the class is at capacity you will be placed on a waitlist.

PSI Seminars are based on an educational model, not a medical model. If you have any history of psychiatric disorder, or have been institutionalized for mental illness within the last twelve months, or have been undergoing treatment by a psychiatrist or psychologist within the last six months, it is the policy of PSI Seminars that you do NOT attend the seminar.

If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if said dispute cannot be settled through direct discussion, the parties agree at first endeavor to settle the dispute in an amicable manner by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Rules, before resorting to arbitration. Thereafter, any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgement upon the reward rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

I understand that my payment for Level UP is non-refundable. All monies held must be applied to this seminar. Cancellation within 60 days of the scheduled event will be subject to an administrative fee of $1500.00. I agree to this fee and acknowledge the immense planning required for the seminar and the certain expenses that PSI Seminars incurs by my failure to give a timely notice of cancellation.

Should I transfer my tuition to another person to attend the Level UP event, there will be an administrative fee of $300 that will apply. If transferred, additional fees may apply to transferee. Tuition is only transferrable within the country you reside.

STATE OF HAWAII: I waive my entitlement to a refund under Hawaii law.
